Welcome to rainy day roasters

I'm a community focused small batch roaster based in Astoria NY with a simple goal. I want to share high quality specialty coffee with a focus on warm and comforting flavor profile. I don't roast a lot or very often, but my promise to you is that I will only roast the best single origin coffees that I discover. 

My approach with roasting is in preserving the incredible natural flavors present in the green beans and develop a coffee that you want to return to, cup after cup. 

I don't want my coffee to be the only coffee you drink, just the one that makes you the happiest.
